Politics Bootcamp

This course takes a deep dive into the dynamics of power, influence, and relationships within organisations. It challenges participants to ask themselves: How well do you understand the underlying political landscape in your workplace? Are you equipped to effectively engage in organisational politics without compromising your values and ethics? Participants will explore a range of topics, including: > Identifying and understanding power structures and informal networks within organisations. > Developing strategies to build and leverage influence ethically and effectively. > Navigating conflicts and alliances with a nuanced understanding of organisational politics. > Enhancing communication skills to engage in political discussions with integrity and confidence. > Balancing personal values with organisational goals in complex political environments. The course will also focus on self-awareness, helping leaders recognise their own values and how it affects their interactions and decision-making processes.
