Influence & Authority

As a leader, would you rather be lovable or strong? The chances that a manager who is strongly disliked will be considered a good leader are only about one in 2,000.

The traditional model of the leader-hero who saves the day, knows it all, is the smartest person in the room and is too often driven by power, fame, glory, or money is out of date, and leaders who stick to it are all too often out of their depth. Modern leadership is a team sport.

This course helps leaders and new leadership teams build the influence and authority they need to get it done.

From the boardroom to the dinner table, what you get has little to do with where you sit and everything to do with how you ask.
