VIP Day
​
Your time and commitment are valuable to us at Hodology, and we're excited to share a transformational VIP Day experience with you. We recognise that life can be unpredictable, so we've crafted a fair and transparent cancellation policy to accommodate unexpected changes. Please take a moment to review the policy below, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your VIP Day, please let us know at least ten days in advance. This allows us to open the date up to others.
​
Cancellations: If the cancellation is made 20 days before your scheduled VIP Day, you will receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made between 10 and 5 days before your VIP Day, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within five days of the VIP Day you will lose your deposit. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and make your reserved time available to other clients.
No-shows: If you don't attend your scheduled VIP Day and haven't notified us, this will be considered a no-show, and we won't issue a refund, and you'll lose the full cost of the day.
Hodology's Right to Cancel or Postpone: In the rare event that Hodology needs to cancel or postpone your VIP Day, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

Client Sessions
Your time is valuable, and so is ours, so we've laid out some straightforward guidelines to ensure our sessions are productive and enjoyable for everyone. Below, you'll find our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please take a moment to review them, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Rescheduling Sessions: You are allowed two reschedules if you need to reschedule a session. These must be approved by your Special Adviser at least 48 hours (2 days) before the pre-agreed meeting date and time. If you try to reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we can't guarantee that we will be able to offer a new time. If the meeting can't be rescheduled and you are unable to attend, it will be treated as a no-show.

No-Shows: If you are not present for the meeting (in person or online) within 10 minutes of the starting time and date, it will be considered a "No Show," and the session will be forfeited.
​
Forfeiture of Meetings: If you're unable or unwilling to schedule client meetings, we will consider this a forfeit of the meeting. Please note that unused meetings from a given period will not be refundable or carried over to the subsequent period.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late to a scheduled session will result in a forfeiture of that time, and the session will not be extended to compensate for the late arrival.

Hodology's Cancellation or Postponement: In the unlikely event that Hodology needs to cancel or postpone a session, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or rolling the session over to the net period.

Please note that these policies are in place to ensure that our time together is as productive and respectful as possible. Thank you for understanding and adhering to these guidelines.

Cancellations

We are so confident that you will love working with Hodology that our Special Adviser contract allows you to terminate the contract at any time should you be dissatisfied with the service you receive.

Our agreement may be terminated immediately if we break a commitment to you or at any given time by providing written notice.
